Skidsteer Express and Arkco Distributors started years ago with the simple concept of taking care of the customer. Today, we continue with this tradition and we want you to be so thrilled with your purchase that you will tell a friend or family member about us. We understand in order for this to happen we have to deliver superior service wrapped around outstanding value. 

Why dont you have your phone number on your website? We work hard to answer our emails and ship our packages promptly. To keep our cost down, we have a minimum of employees. Phones are labor intensive and end up adding cost to the final product. If you need to talk to us on the phone, no problem just send us an email and we will respond with a phone number upon request.

Your private information is protected! We do not send email solicitations nor do we sell our customers mailing addresses or phone numbers. Your information is only used by us to get your item to you quickly and efficiently.

You will receive a written order confirmation: When you place your order, we will email you a confirmation within minutes complete with all the details including costs and the delivery address.

We ship promptly: In most cases if you place your order on say Monday for example, your order ships Monday. Shortly after your order ships,  you will receive an email providing your tracking information. You can begin tracking your order online starting the next business morning.

What if you need to return your purchase?  You may return new items sold by TitanSkidsteer.com within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. If the item you purchased had free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging in new condition. To arrange a return just email us at atvexpress@aol.com and we will guide you through the process. We will help you determine what the correct product is if you ordered the wrong item and even arrange for shipping back to our location.
